Q: How far in advance should I book?

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, we require a signed contract and non-refundable retainer to secure your date. Your wedding date is officially reserved once both are received.
Services & Trials
Q: What's included in a bridal trial?
A: Your trial includes a full consultation, hair and/or makeup application based on your package, and the opportunity to refine your look until it's exactly right. We'll discuss your vision, review inspiration photos, and create a plan for your wedding day. Trials typically take 2-3 hours.
Q: When should I schedule my trial?
A: We recommend scheduling your trial 2-3 months before your wedding day. This gives us time to perfect your look and make any adjustments if needed.
Q: How long does wedding day hair and makeup take?
A: For the bride, expect 60-90 minutes for both hair and makeup. Bridal party members typically take 45-60 minutes each. We'll provide a personalized timeline with your booking to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Q: Do you offer touch-ups throughout the day?
A: We offer optional on-site touch-up services for an additional fee. This includes staying for ceremony coverage, between events, or for reception touch-ups. See our pricing page for details.
Travel & Logistics
Q: Do you travel outside Southern California + Destinations?
A: Yes! We serve all of Southern California + Destinations County and are available for destination weddings throughout California and beyond. Travel fees may apply depending on location—contact us for a custom quote.
Q: Do you come to my location, or do I come to you?
A: We come to you! We arrive at your getting-ready location (home, hotel, venue) with all our equipment and products. All you need is a well-lit space with seating and a mirror.
Bridal Party & Guests
Q: Can you accommodate my bridesmaids and family members?
A: Absolutely! We specialize in bridal parties of all sizes. Let us know how many people need services, and we'll create a timeline and pricing package that works for your group.
Q: What if I have a large bridal party (10+ people)?
A: For larger groups, we bring additional team members to ensure everyone is ready on time without feeling rushed. We'll coordinate the schedule so your morning flows seamlessly.
Day-Of Details
Q: What should I do to prepare for my wedding day?
A: Keep your skin hydrated in the weeks leading up. Wash your hair the night before (we'll clarify during your trial). Wear a button-down top so you don't mess up your hair/makeup when changing. Have breakfast and drink water!
Q: What happens if I cry?
A: Don't worry! We use long-wearing, waterproof products designed to last through tears, hugs, dancing, and everything in between. We'll also provide a touch-up kit so you're covered all day.

A: We use a curated mix of professional, high-performance products from brands like Charlotte Tilbury, Tom Ford, Dior, MAC, and more. All products are chosen for their longevity, finish, and ability to photograph beautifully.

A: Absolutely. Let us know about any allergies or sensitivities during your consultation, and we'll choose products accordingly. We carry hypoallergenic and fragrance-free options.
